CARET:

My Experience with the CARET Program and Extra-terrestrial Technology.

Currently in progress of laying this down... more photos and descriptions as I go so if you read this check back later to see what changes I made.  This is a lot to lay down on webspace and any time that someone reads the page I can feel what elements are not clear enough and I adjust them... this is a lot of information to clarify and the demonstrations are being prepared to proof what I am on about.

If you want to sink your mind into something rather bright, then I suggest you read and examine the docs that are liked to the CARET web site then you take a moment to listen to my examination of this 'technology'.

I once had the full CARET page reproduced here.. I have it backed up if I should need to host a mirror.  This information will likely remain public now that it is out there but the questions remain over the source for this if it is in fact real at all or just a hoax. (not likely a hoax this is a real something, the question is it's true nature. ET or Earth manufacture?)

I believe that my examinations of this object may be at least obvious to anyone that like me, recognizes the technology as something well understood by current science, physics and manufacturing.  It then appears to be a device that is from a production, not a one off prototype.

This is an important realization as it helps to place this device as something you might imagine being replaced in the field by a person working for the military... you could imagine that this is fairly normal and well understood by a regular person working for a branch of our secret military complex rather than some far flung ET race.  This is a device that although the science may not be entirely understood in the mainstream now, it may certainly be an ordinary object in that the construction is not beyond us, just the knowledge of it's workings.

Expected when I glance at a photo of the green plastic looking thing that could pass for a medi-evil mace weapon, it's construction follows a number of Radio, Microwave, Photonic and Electronic... principals but combined in a way that allows for these properties to be worked in concert.

The closest work I have seen that might explain the design is the work of John Hutchison and his famous Hutchinson Effect.  (IMHO) What his work demonstrates is that you can cross-modulate carrier waves that run the thresholds of our local, material and energetic universe.  These are real in that we already classify our reality by these frequencies and it is merely the lack of our seeing all known frequencies that we fail to understand how simple most meta-material-type creation is done.  We have a lack of awareness of these things but it does not make it any less vital in each frequency and it's purpose.

Hutchinson doesn't explain it like that but the results speak for them self. (metals that melt without heat and fall apart, true anti-gravity, materials even elements bind together after loosing boundary in gentle moments of a bond that is weirder than molecular bonds we normally accept as natural.)

To make it obvious, say ...  electrical charge (which is by individual atom, cluster, compound, up to the nature of the thing itself that looses definition in our currently taught understanding of electrical engineering and electrodynamics when you try to deepen on the true nature of the thing called electric. 

None the less this seemingly basic thing ends up being subject to an extended set of values that are not clearly defined in modern science until you examine currently known and accepted Physics.  What is taught tends to be split against a true communicable understanding, we are left with an abstract that no longer serves to be of use in any way shape or form.  The educational process then obstructs it's own motive by virtue of the 'Babylon effect' where the language is divided and the people can no longer communicate effectively.  Science has been de-clawed by this process over the centuries.

That is kind of the point I am making.  It is simply a mater of adjusting your view screen to see the basics. (after all, that is why we consider something known and usable for measurement in the 'known' frequencies of reality itself.)

   When we try to measure something we are in fact giving it a quality that may not be an accurate gage of it's true substance, only of the gage we accept follows a congruent pattern with the main property we attribute to the gage.   (In other words, if we use a known and stable property to relate to the substance or condition of a thing it does not mean that our gage is the property we think relates to our gage.) 

It is important to realize that any experiment can show the same results 99.9% of the time and yet that .1% is enough to offer an entirely new set of values that may lead the way for a new understanding of an effect and it's relationship to the cause in what otherwise science has thus far declared 'known' and 'established'.

This is a key to transformation on any total physical scale.. (anti-gravity, super-conduction, anti-proton creation and even actual true negative alternates to our elements, compounds and so forth.  When we use chemistry, electronic we are merely working with a limited set of languages and formula to give us an expected outcome that tends to be correct: However, we fail to see that this is a projection, not an absolute.  Electricity is anything but basic.

These are values that we can qualify, quantify.. however the other values are well known, each science tends to have it's own set of rules for explaining what it is, what to call it and how to go about qualifying an event for data collection. 

This disparity is half the problem for if all science used the same standards and languages to gauge our chemistry, physics and engineering it may have been more obvious by now what the real answers were by cross reference in the respective areas of study.

The pieces of the puzzle seem to verify aspects that are terrestrial in nature (aka, a product of actual men or similar beings somewhere in a production facility) as if this is a standard piece of equipment that might be installed into a larger device and that this installation is fairly routine given the refinement that is suggested be a requirement of it's function.  The physics are the same for us as for any Extra Terrestrial beings so it is safe to use a reverse engineering process to reduce what we will assume are specific physical traits based on the demands of this devices function and be assured of answers that do not fall far from the truth.  If there is mis-information it would be as to where this comes from, it's specific history and current use more than the fact that it is ET inspired or reverse engineered.  Those working in this field of work are only concerned with a veil of protection that is not all inclusive.

This information most likely was leaked with a purpose and if we accept that there is no separation between the good intentions of one person to another the uniform or service that the originators for this data no longer have relevance in as much as it should be noted we are currently doing an examination on a device claimed to be ET but with attributes that we shall lay out and describe according to most of the information we have been provided with, the greatest of (actually) shall be the writing on the device itself.

It does not look as though a power supply is included.  Those tabs around the middle section look like power couplings.  (very thick pieces of what look like ferrite, conductive junctions to channel a lot of power, notice 3 tabs on each side where there is enough space for another set.) 

The position of these power couplings looks familiar in fact, very much like a modern magnetron in any microwave oven.  It is required to have a rather high current directed into the magnetron and the appearance of this device falls so clearly into a magnetron power configuration that it's probably safe to assume for now that a type of magnetron is one of the primary functions of this device.

The outer components appear to be part microwave, part EHD emitters and manifolds to run the plasma over the surface in a specific way. (so, this may need a vacuum containment or rare gas to function or may not)

Also notice how the 6 (3 on each side of the middle diameter) extended puck like objects.  These objects are on armatures that have notches (much like a radio antenna that is designed to have resonant geometry, sometimes to enhance a signal other times to avoid signal disruption for a component that is intimate with the broadcast of resonance.  Look up RF balun or balance, this is the same thing where the geometry is required to 'network' a signal paired with an antenna.  It does appear self evident that these notches on the armatures are with specific purpose much along the same directional lines as the puck like devices it could be to either enhance some kind of broadcast from these pucks, reduce the disruption of the armatures on that field or for some other purpose along these lines that we can not currently understand because we don't know what those pucks are for.. (working on it with a few good educated guesses however I will spare you my speculations unless they are well founded in facts that I can use later for a proof.)

If you follow that this device is not currently powered up, (It may be but I am working from a fairly conventional perspective at the moment) then the I-beam sections don't have a place.. it could be part of the mis-information or demonstration for the report. (admit, leaks are often done on purpose to slowly release secret data. why... is not something I am here to answer, rather I am here to investigate what this is).

It could be that the I-beam sections act as they were intended only after the device is powered up and running.. I don't trust the photos yet as there are little artifacts that make me think it was photographed as a mock up of the device under function but not in actual powered state, we might unlock another part of the puzzle as we go along with this examination.

Next, the half cycloid language and it's relevance to the artifact.
